Founder Vic Angell wanted Tristan Fitzgerald Associates to be a different planning consultation business, to work more closely with people at a grassroots level as well as providing best practice consultancy. Today, over 20 years later and after a rigorous continuing review of clients, it is definitely still different. The key to success
Probably the key to its success has been TFAs ability to work with local people and appreciate their issues. This coupled with a depth of knowledge of politics and the planning system, means it brings a sensitive and understanding approach to its work.
The roots of TFA as a trusted advisor to clients has led to it providing support to them across wide ranging activities, including in depth PR support and in assisting them in making projects happen through finance or helping them dispose of assets.
